Job Title: Sales Assistant – Off Price

A fashion forward Sterling Silver and Fashion Jewelry company is looking for a hardworking, self-starting, organized individual to work in the sales department as a sales assistant. This position requires you to be highly analytical and detail oriented.

This is a full-time position in our NYC office, your primary functions would be:

• Creating and reviewing detailed selling reports from specific accounts and communicating findings to team.
• Owning order process from submitting orders to product development team and following the process through until the order ships, communicating any changes and or updates to the team throughout the process.
• Assisting with merchandising the showroom for market and making sure all proper supplies are ordered prior to meetings.
• Creating line-sheets for market.
• Coordinating sample drop offs/returns etc.
• Entering spec documentation – length, weight, size, stone type etc.
  
  

Qualifications/Skills needed:

• Must be detail oriented and well organized.
• Must be able to work under pressure of deadlines.
• Adept at prioritizing and time management.
• Must have strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to understand pivot tables/vlook ups/formulas
• NuOrder experience preferred
