Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Designer with licensed product experience, ideally with Warner Bros. experience specifically. This designer will support and help grow our Warner Bros. licensed product categories, with a strong focus on Harry Potter, along with Batman, Powerpuff Girls, Scooby-Doo, and related licensed properties.
The ideal candidate should have strong product design instincts, not just graphic design experience. This person needs to understand that licensed design is not simply placing character art onto a product. They should be able to help build full product lines that feel fresh, trend-right, retail-ready, and connected to the U.S. market.

This role will support licensed product development for Warner Bros. properties, including:
- Harry Potter, primary focus
- Batman
- Powerpuff Girls
- Scooby-Doo
- Other related licensed product opportunities as needed
- Help lead and develop assigned Warner Bros. licensed product categories
- Create product concepts, packaging, line looks, and retail-ready presentations
- Develop fresh licensed product ideas that go beyond simple character placement
- Think through product forms, materials, finishes, silhouettes, color, trend, packaging, display, and assortment strategy
- Work within licensed brand guidelines, style guides, and approval processes
- Respect brand rules while still pushing the product line forward creatively
- Bring strong U.S. market awareness, fashion/lifestyle sensibility, and retail trend understanding
- Manage fast-moving projects, approvals, details, and deadlines
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, overseas partners, and licensing stakeholders
- Strong licensed product design experience
- Warner Bros. experience strongly preferred
- Genuine understanding of and interest in Harry Potter, Batman, Powerpuff Girls, Scooby-Doo, and similar entertainment properties
- Strong product design instincts, not just graphic design ability
- Experience designing full product lines, assortments, or retail-ready collections
- Ability to work within brand guidelines, style guides, and licensed approval processes
- Strong understanding of retail trends, fashion/lifestyle influence, color, materials, and product storytelling
- Ability to balance creative ideas with licensed brand rules and approvals
- Strong organization, communication, and category ownership skills
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
