Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of two Graphic Designers (one Senior Graphic Designer and one Junior Graphic Designer).
- Oversee the development and execution of all digital and print creative assets, ensuring consistency with the brands identity.
- Partner closely with the Art Director to translate seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives into compelling visual communications.
- Lead design projects from concept through final production across multiple channels.
- Create and oversee assets for:
- Email marketing campaigns
- Paid and organic social media
- E-commerce site content
- Digital advertising
- Retail and event collateral
- Packaging and branded materials
- Wholesale and sales presentations
- Print marketing materials
- Establish workflows, prioritize projects, and manage team deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, Production, and Sales teams.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Stay current on design trends, fashion industry aesthetics, and emerging creative technologies.
- 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably within fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Previous experience managing and developing creative talent.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across both digital and print design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience designing for e-commerce and performance marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and specifications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
