Key Responsibilities
Operations & Team Leadership
- Manage esthetician schedules, coverage, PTO, attendance, and staffing needs
- Conduct regular team check-ins and performance reviews
- Monitor productivity, rebooking rates, retail performance, add-ons, and client retention
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and support team members
- Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and employee resources
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, vendor relationships, and studio organization
- Ensure daily operational standards are consistently maintained
- Oversee Square, scheduling systems, reporting, and operational accuracy
- Maintain service menus, pricing, retail categorization, and website information
- Manage waitlists and client rebooking opportunities
- Track inventory levels, shipping expenses, and operational costs
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and profitability
- Oversee email marketing initiatives for services and products
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, content creators, and brand collaborations
- Support Meta advertising efforts and digital growth initiatives
- Manage events, partnerships, and community-building experiences
- Reactivate lapsed clients and improve retention strategies
- Oversee website updates, e-commerce initiatives, and SEO optimization
- Coordinate photoshoots and content production
- Monitor weekly KPIs and business performance
- Support retail growth and promotional campaigns
- Negotiate vendor relationships and improve margins where possible
- Evaluate new services, partnerships, memberships, and growth opportunities
- Assist with future studio expansion and proprietary product development

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of operations, studio management, executive support, hospitality, retail, wellness, or related experience
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with scheduling systems, reporting, and operational processes
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern business software
- Highly proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Professional, positive, and team-focused approach
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is needed
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
