Seeking a Director of Production to lead our production operations from development through delivery. This person will build strong relationships with overseas manufacturing partners, keep quality and timelines on track, and work closely with Design to bring products to market.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the production team, assess its current structure, and add roles where needed.
- Oversee production schedules, costing, factory capacity, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Partner with Design to turn product plans into clear, achievable production timelines.
- Build and manage relationships with factories and suppliers, resolving issues directly and quickly.
- Travel frequently to China to work with manufacturing partners and oversee production firsthand.
- Significant experience leading production and managing overseas factories and suppliers.
- Strong judgment on quality, costing, timelines, and operational priorities.
- Experience managing teams and shaping an organization as it grows.
- Clear communication and a hands-on approach to solving production challenges.
- Experience with kids’ or baby products is a plus.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
