The Role:
Ecommerce Lead
- Maintain a polished, accurate, and engaging website through product uploads, collection launches, inventory management, and ongoing content updates.
- Lead visual merchandising across the site, thoughtfully organizing products and collections to support brand storytelling, product discovery, and conversion.
- Use sales performance, customer behavior, inventory levels, and other key data to inform merchandising decisions, optimize product placement, and identify opportunities.
- Prepare, name, and upload product imagery following our file conventions, ensuring every listing is complete, and correct.
- Support the wider team on launches, markdowns, promotions, and seasonal transitions across the online store.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries across email and social channels, providing attentive, highly personalized service while managing questions, returns, exchanges, and special requests. This role also includes corresponding with our wholesale customers and delivering the same elevated level of care across every interaction.
- Process, track, and troubleshoot orders daily, coordinating with our studio and shipping partners to keep fulfillment smooth and clients informed.
- Support PR, editorial, and styling requests by coordinating sample pulls, preparing and tracking outgoing loans, and ensuring timely returns.
- Maintain accurate sample records and communicate closely with stylists, editors, PR partners, and the internal team to ensure each request is handled thoughtfully and efficiently.
- Support marketing team in the preparation of, and during runway shows, events, presentations, photo and video shoots, and other initiatives.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce and customer care, preferably within fashion or luxury.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify and Loop.
- Strong visual sensibility and an understanding of luxury brand presentation.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative, and fast-paced team environment.
- Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with AI-powered creative and productivity tools are a plus.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
