BCI Brands is seeking a talented and versatile Designer – Dresses to join a newly established, two-person design team focused on the label. This role will concentrate exclusively on daywear and casual dresses—no eveningwear—requiring a strong eye for modern, wearable fashion that aligns with the customer.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape and define the dress category within a growing brand, working closely with the Creative Director to build cohesive, trend-driven collections.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape and define the dress category within a growing brand, working closely with the Creative Director to build cohesive, trend-driven collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop day and casual dress collections for the brand
- Research and interpret seasonal trends, color, and fabric direction relevant to the contemporary customer
- Create sketches, CADs, and presentation boards for internal reviews
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to establish design vision and direction
- Partner with product development and technical design teams to ensure execution of design intent
- Select fabrics, trims, and details that align with brand positioning and cost targets
- Participate in fittings and provide input on garment construction, fit, and proportion
- Manage multiple seasons and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in women’s apparel design, with a focus on dresses
- Strong experience in daywear/casual dress design (non-eveningwear)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and design tools
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team structure
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
