- Drive end-to-end operational strategy to support rapid growth and global expansion
- Oversee sourcing, production, logistics, distribution, and internal business operations
- Build scalable infrastructure and processes across all operational areas
- Partner closely with executive leadership to align operations with business strategy
- Establish KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics across functions
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process improvement
- 12 years of experience across supply chain and business operations within consumer goods or related industries
- Proven experience leading and scaling global operations
- Strong leadership presence with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Salary : $250,000
