Job Title: CAD/Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD/Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team with a focus on licensed apparel. The Graphic Designer will work cross functionally with Design, Sales and Merchandising to create and develop print and pattern graphics, CAD presentations, and technical artwork across a range of licensed children’s wear products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create allover prints, graphics, and placement artwork for licensed children’s wear apparel with a strong understanding of trend and brand identity.
• Develop detailed and presentation-ready CADs for internal reviews, buyer meetings, and product development use.
• Interpret design direction and trend research into fresh, relevant graphic solutions.
• Assist in seasonal print development, color palette creation, and print recoloring across multiple product lines.
• Maintain and organize artwork libraries, digital assets, and CAD archives.
• Collaborate closely with designers, tech teams, and sourcing partners to ensure print accuracy and production feasibility.
• Coordinate standards & all other necessary materials for seasonal development
• Assist in creating, updating and designing as required, sales tools and presentation aids
• Work closely with Design, Sales and Brand Management teams to conceptualize and launch clothing lines for several levels of distribution
• Ensure accuracy and adherence of line sheets production logs and design catalog
  
  

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the fashion industry (children’s wear knowledge a plus).
• Self-starter, passionate, and results-oriented.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of CADs, graphics, and allover prints for apparel.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creativity, conceptualization, execution, organization, and design skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible and creative problem solver, able to adapt quickly.
• Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
  
  

Salary : $80,000-$90,000
