Title :: ETL Test Lead LOCATION: (Onsite | Cincinnati, OH | 5 days/week) Duration: (Direct Hire/Full time )
Responsibilities :
Senior data testing lead to standardize and own enterprise data integration test strategy across ETL, data warehouse, and ODS platforms. Role leads intake and fulfillment of data requests, aligns with release schedules, and drives automated data testing at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and standardize enterprise data integration testing strategy
- Manage intake, provisioning, and fulfillment of data requests across projects
- Coordinate with release teams to align testing with code drops and integrated environments
- Design, execute, and maintain automated ETL / DWH / ODS testing (Informatica)
- Build reusable, scalable data testing frameworks and standards
- Mentor data testing resources and enforce enterprise testing policies
- Validate BI/reporting outputs (Cognos / Tableau)
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on SQL for testing ODS, data marts, relational & NoSQL databases
- Data integration / ETL testing in complex enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts (OLTP/OLAP, star schema, facts/dimensions, data marts)
- Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) experience
- Ability to interpret data models from both technical and business perspectives
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
