Position Summary
The Oracle E-Business Suite Financials Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle EBS Financial modules and related business processes. This position works closely with functional analysts, business users, and database administrators to enhance and maintain enterprise financial systems that support critical accounting and operational functions.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled Oracle developer with deep expertise in Financials (AP, AR, GL, PO, Inventory) and various interfaces, who can translate business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions within the EBS framework.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 7 years of hands-on development experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials.
· Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and BI Publisher.
· Strong functional understanding of Financials business processes (AP, AR, GL, PO, INV).
· Experience with leading large-scale system integration projects.
· Experience with EBS APIs, OA Framework, and Web ADI is highly desirable.
· Familiarity with data migration, interface design, and integrations with external systems.
· Ability to analyze complex business processes and provide technical solutions that meet both functional and compliance requirements.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively the Financial business partners and across technical and functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or hybrid EBS-to-Cloud environments.
· Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) and Oracle Workflow.
· Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and modern DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Jira, etc.).
· Understanding of public sector or large enterprise financial operations.
· Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or similar certification is a plus.
