Support commercial banking digital channels by validating new features backend integrations and payment workflows to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Lead testing and quality assurance activities for payment rail migrations including ISO 20022 transitions RTP Fed Now integrations and ACH wire routing enhancements
Contribute to the delivery of new Move Money capabilities across ACH wires real-time payments Zelle and internal transfers ensuring compliance with regulatory and bank standards
Collaborate closely with development product and payment operations teams to troubleshoot issues optimize API backend flows and drive end-to-end validation across systems
Ensure platform stability through regression testing automation strategies and quality best practices that support scalability of payments and commercial channel experiences
Lead QA planning and execution across manual automated unit API functional and regression testing
Collaborate with Product UXUI and Engineering teams to define quality standards and testing strategy
Develop and execute test plans test cases and test data manage test data requests
Track test progress in qTest and manage defects triage and resolution in Digital-ai
Monitor QA KPIs and drive continuous quality improvements for smooth release delivery
Define test architecture automation strategy and quality engineering approach in alignment with project and business goals
Collaborate with product owner's solution architects and technical leads to understanding system design and manage test alignment
Review and guide offshore test design automation frameworks and technical implementation of outputs
Lead defect triage discussions support root cause analysis and provide architectural direction on testing challenges
Communicate test status metrics risks and architectural recommendations to Bank stakeholders
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
