By partnering with schools and other nonprofit organizations, LEAD Training offers comprehensive life-skills, social-emotional learning, and career readiness programs.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH, for a Career Coach & Workforce Coordinator. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing job coaching and career counseling, developing career plans, assisting with interview preparation, and facilitating workshops. Additional responsibilities include liaising with partner organizations, tracking progress of program participants, and ensuring that all activities align with the mission of LEAD Training.
