Administrator – Construction

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate EHS office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
- Provide professional communication support, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling email and written correspondence efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate safety meetings and appointments for EHS staff; manage calendars and ensure timely reminders.
- Utilize time tracking software to accurately record staff hours, safety training sessions, and project durations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock of safety equipment and placing orders when necessary.
- Manage visitor reception by greeting guests professionally, ensuring compliance with site safety protocols, and directing them appropriately.
- Provide general administrative support to EHS staff and management, including filing, document creation, data entry, and maintaining EHS records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with time tracking software; familiarity with Procore is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Previous experience using Procore is a plus.
