Responsibilities
- Organize and manage case files, keeping all documents current.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters to report claims and negotiate settlements.
- Address property damage and loss of use claims.
- Provide outstanding client support and maintain regular communication.
- Handle phone inquiries, respond to questions, and update clients on their case status.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to support case strategies.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of personal injury case management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in case management software and legal technology
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
- Professional communication skills with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Spanish speaking is a plus
Pay Range: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour depending on experience
