We are seeking a full-time Personal Injury Case Manager for our on-site office in Glendale, CA. The Case Manager’s responsibilities include managing personal injury cases from intake to settlement, maintaining regular communication with clients, and coordinating with attorneys, medical professionals, and insurance companies. Tasks also involve compiling and organizing case-related documents, maintaining client files, and ensuring deadlines and legal requirements are met. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both clients and the legal team.
- Experience in case management, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with attorneys and insurance companies
- Strong administrative skills, including document preparation, data organization, and deadline management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in legal software and tools, as well as familiarity with personal injury cases and processes
- Knowledge of California personal injury and legal regulations is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a legal or personal injury law firm setting is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification is an advantage
