Overview
Sasooness Law Group is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney with 1–3 years of personal injury experience who has hands-on experience managing pre-litigation cases, preparing demand packages, and negotiating with insurance carriers.

Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases through the pre-litigation phase while collaborating with case managers and support staff
- Draft, review, and finalize comprehensive demand packages
- Analyze medical records, billing documentation, and liability evidence to develop effective case strategies
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and advocate for favorable client outcomes
- Provide clients with strategic guidance regarding case progress, valuation, and settlement options
- Conduct legal research and case analysis to support case development and resolution
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of case activity and communications within the firm's case management system (Filevine)
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and internal team members
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of personal injury experience
- Hands-on experience with pre-litigation case management and demand writing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, courteous, and client-focused demeanor
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using technology and legal software; experience with Filevine is a plus
Compensation: $125,000–$200,000, plus bonus opportunities based on experience, performance, and qualifications.
