Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the firm's pre-litigation cases with the assistance of our case managers, legal assistants, and investigator.
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients, including providing timely updates.
- Evaluate cases and develop strategies for medical management to enhance case value and obtain maximum settlements
- Collaborate with other attorneys to develop strategies for cases that will proceed to litigation.
- Track all statutes and deadlines and regularly audit pre-litigation cases to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- At least 3 years experience in pre-litigation, personal injury case management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

$125,000 - $175,000 per year
