Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing administrative and operational functions across multiple regional offices. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports cross-office initiatives such as marketing coordination, and fosters a collaborative environment for staff. The position plays a key role in maintaining organizational efficiency, supporting employee engagement, and contributing to firm-wide success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise administrative staff and manage daily office operations.
- Coordinate office resources, staffing logistics, and employee relations in partnership with HR.
- Support regional initiatives, including sponsorship coordination, event planning, and budget tracking.
- Oversee operational processes related to budgeting, efficiency, and special projects.
- Represent the organization in community engagement and support internal events.
- Provide basic IT support and assist with technology and disaster recovery planning.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support overall operations.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior supervisory experience and exposure to marketing or event coordination preferred.
Special Requirements:
- Ability to travel within the regional office network as needed.
