Quant Developer – Front Office Systematic Trading

Join a front-office systematic trading team in New York where Quant Developers sit at the core of the investment process, working directly with researchers and portfolio managers to build production systems that drive live trading.
This is a highly technical, engineering-led environment where developers have real ownership and visibility. You’ll be building systematic trading applications, supporting alpha models and portfolio construction, and solving real problems under live market conditions. The team is lean, collaborative, and deeply embedded in the investment process.
The ideal profile is a strong Python-focused developer with a quantitative mindset and experience working closely with researchers or traders. Exposure to MATLAB and SQL is a plus, but not required.
