You'll own end-to-end program delivery — from use-case prioritization through deployment and scaled adoption — with a strong emphasis on Copilot Studio agents and agentic workflows. That means embedding governance, data protection, security, and model oversight controls into every deployment in partnership with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Security, while building role-based training and enablement pathways that drive responsible, consistent adoption across the organization. You'll manage program plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, and benefits realization, and serve as the primary interface for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
This role is central to Invesco's AI strategy: scaling Copilot M365 access organization-wide, expanding Copilot Studio engineering capability to deliver agentic solutions, and deepening AI engagement with business leaders across the enterprise.
Proven delivery of complex technology or AI programs in large, regulated environments is essential, along with strong command of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent-based solutions. You should bring demonstrable experience across risk, compliance, security, and data governance frameworks, and a track record of designing training and adoption programs that make new technology stick. Financial services or heavily regulated industry background is a strong plus.
