Role Description

The Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jonesboro, AR. This position supports the CFO with daily administrative and executive tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing correspondence. The assistant will help maintain financial documentation, coordinate internal and external communications, and support the preparation of reports and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling phone calls, routing inquiries, maintaining files and records, and ensuring efficient office workflows. The role requires close collaboration with finance and leadership teams while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for scheduling, filing, document preparation, and office coordination.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for managing calls, emails, and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities for supporting senior leadership, managing priorities, and handling confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with financial documents and basic data entry.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated reliability, professional demeanor, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting finance or accounting leadership is beneficial, as is prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
