Role Description

The Reception Administration role is a full-time on-site position based in Jonesboro, AR. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members in a professional and courteous manner. Daily tasks include handling mail and deliveries, maintaining organized reception and office areas, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and supporting basic administrative functions such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping. The role also involves assisting with internal communications, managing office supplies, and providing general support to various departments to ensure smooth front-office operations. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Office administration and reception skills, including visitor management, call handling, and appointment scheduling.
• Organization and time management abilities for maintaining records, coordinating tasks, and prioritizing multiple responsibilities.
• Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and colleagues in a clear, professional manner.
• Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, calendar applications).
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry, document preparation, and handling confidential information.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Jonesboro, AR and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or training in business administration or related fields is a plus.
