About The Role
SANY Construction Equipment Dealer is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Account Representative to support an equipment dealership based in Pennsauken, New Jersey, servicing Southeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the Philadelphia Metro area, and Delaware. This role serves as the primary liaison between the dealership and its customers, supporting sales growth and long-term customer relationships within the heavy construction equipment market.
The Account Representative is responsible for selling the full line of SANY construction equipment, including new and used machinery and equipment rental solutions. The role requires a strong sales background, market knowledge, and the ability to operate independently within an assigned territory. Candidates must reside centrally within the designated market to effectively support customer concentration areas.
With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospective accounts
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate SANY equipment solutions, including new, used, and rental offerings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with internal sales, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and activity records using CRM and internal systems
- Proven sales experience, preferably within construction equipment, heavy machinery, or related industries
- Previous experience marketing or selling heavy construction equipment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must reside centrally within the designated sales territory
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned market
- Prior account management or territory sales experience
- Familiarity with equipment rental sales and solution-based selling
- Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to represent the SANY brand professionally

- REMOTE FIELD (SALES / SERVICE)
- This role is primarily remote and includes regular travel to customer or field locations. Work may be performed in a home office setting as well as customer sites, requiring standing, walking, and use of PPE as applicable.
