- Support backend software development and integration services
- Work with APIs, integration services, and data-processing applications
- Troubleshoot production issues and support remediation
- Perform data analysis and support downstream data structures
- Work with source control and structured development practices
- Collaborate with teams in an enterprise environment
- Handle systems with sensitive healthcare or human services data
- 5 years of experience in backend development or integration roles
- Experience with APIs, integration services, and backend systems
- Experience troubleshooting production issues
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
- Experience with source control tools
- Familiarity with HIPAA or sensitive data environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with MDM tools (IBM InfoSphere MDM or similar)
- Healthcare, Medicaid, or public sector experience
- Experience with identity resolution / golden record concepts
- Experience supporting API/service layers
- Exposure to AWS, Snowflake, Tableau
- AI-assisted development exposure
