Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements for multiple entities, including supporting reconciliations.
- Record recurring and non-recurring journal entries with appropriate documentation.
- Prepare monthly cash distributions.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts promptly, ensuring timely resolution of reconciling items.
- Review, code, and approve invoices for payment.
- Assist in preparing materials and documentation for regulatory filings (10-Q, 10-K) and real estate transactions.
- Ensure proper internal controls and compliance procedures are followed.
- Build strong working relationships with property managers, regional managers, accounts payable, asset management, investor relations, and senior leadership.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Complete special analyses and ad-hoc projects assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Accounting
2 years public Accounting or full-cycle accounting expereince
Strong presentation skills
