Key Responsibilities
• Lead components of the month-end close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain and manage the fixed asset ledger, including depreciation schedules and asset disposals
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations across multiple entities
• Assist with financial statement preparation and variance analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, AP/AR, and leadership teams
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3 plus years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, fixed assets, and reconciliations
• Experience in a growing, multi-entity environment preferred
• Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables)
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
