- Collaborate closely with preconstruction, operations, and field leadership to align scope, schedule, logistics, and pricing assumptions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable coverage
- Identify value-engineering opportunities and cost-saving alternatives that strengthen proposals without compromising quality or performance

Requirements of this Estimator role:
- Degree in construction management or industry related degree
- 5 years’ estimating experience in the commercial, multifamily and mixed-use markets
- Strong working relationship with DFW sub-contractor base
- Ability to present company to new clients and walk job sites with them
- Proficiency in Onscreen take off, Procore and MS Project
