- 10 years’ commercial construction experience in a Project Manager role
- 5 years’ expertise in building envelope systems
- 3 years’ experience leading high-performance project teams
- Proficient in industry standard software
- Ability to work under pressure, make strategic decisions, and solve complex problems
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
