- Take ownership of key project responsibilities, including subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement tracking, and project documentation
- Gain valuable experience managing project budgets and costs, assisting with forecasting, billing, contract administration, and financial reporting

Requirements of this Assistant Project Manager role:
- 5 years’ experience on large ground-up commercial and mixed-use projects
- At least one multifamily, affordable-housing or senior-living project preferred
- Industry related degree preferred
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to clearly communicate
- Have established subcontractor relationships
- Ability to collaborate with subcontractors, build schedules and perform effective value engineering
- Proficiency in Procore, Excel, MS project and other construction software
- Design review and interpretation skillset
