Operations Manager - Construction

As an Operations Manager you will:

• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams to ensure new projects are positioned for successful execution
• Build stronger relationships between field teams, project management, subcontractors, and company leadership
• Help establish company-wide standards, procedures, and best practices that improve project delivery

Requirements of this Operations Manager role:

• 10 years’ federal construction experience with extensive knowledge of federal contracting and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
• Proven leadership, communication ability, organization, and analytical skills
• Experience with construction management and financial reviews
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and develop operations personnel
• Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to changing project and company needs
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
