As a Branch Operations Manager you will:

• Ability to serve as the escalation point for complex customer concerns, service recovery, and transaction disputes
• Excel at maintaining internal controls, performs cash and security audits, and ensures adherence to banking regulations
• Oversee staff scheduling, onboarding, performance coaching, and ongoing training for retail and platform teams
• Work naturally with branch leadership to monitor sales, referrals, and cross-selling initiatives that support market growth
• Effectively manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, vault security, teller transactions, and new account setup
