- Take an active role in pricing strategy for projects involving earthwork, utilities, drainage, roadways, grading, and site development
- Influence bid decisions by evaluating project risk, market conditions, production assumptions, and potential profitability

Requirements of this Senior Estimator role:
- Degree in construction management or equivalent education
- 5 years’ experience in an estimating role on heavy civil and public works projects like highways, roads, utilities and bridges
- Experience using HCSS Heavy Job, Heavy Bid, MS project, SureTrak, P6, or similar CPM software
- Must have valid driver license
