Commercial Lending Assistant - Banking

A strong Commercial Lending Assistant is an essential part of keeping a lending team moving. This Commercial Lending Assistant opportunity puts you close to commercial lending activity, supporting lenders, clients, and loan processes while gaining valuable exposure to the business behind each relationship.

As a Commercial Lending Assistant you will:

Requirements of this Commercial Lending Assistant role:

• Ability to support at least two loan officers
• Must have real estate experience via assisting with CRE commercial loans (not mortgage)
• Assist with triaging and relaying messages, handling inquiries or problems independently if possible
• Ability taking loan applications, gathering information, pulling credit reports for loan officer review
• Prepare loan worksheets and monitor loan due dates
• Set and conduct closings, post-close funding and documentation
• Excel at working with a sense of urgency and go-getter mentality
