As a Lead Custodian, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
-Coordinating and supporting daily custodial operations to ensure efficiency and consistency across all areas of the site.
-Performing advanced cleaning and maintenance duties, including floor care, deep cleaning, and special projects.
-Inspecting facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
-Maintaining supply inventories and assisting in ordering cleaning products, tools, and materials as needed.
-Assisting with event setup and coordination, ensuring spaces are prepared and restored efficiently.
-Reporting facility issues and safety concerns to the Head Custodian or site administrator for resolution.
-Modeling a customer service and teamwork mindset, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
