As a Campus Supervisor, you will be assisting with the leading and managing of campus safety operations and be responsible for (but not limited to):
-Monitoring student behavior and movement in hallways, cafeterias, playgrounds, parking lots, and other campus areas.
-Promoting and reinforcing positive school culture, including respectful behavior, conflict resolution, and restorative approaches.
-Building supportive relationships with students, fostering trust, belonging, and open communication.
-Responding to safety concerns, incidents, or emergencies calmly and appropriately; notifying administrators as needed.
-Ensuring campus access is safe and secure, monitoring gates, visitors, and general site activity.
-Communicating effectively with staff, administrators, and families regarding student needs, concerns, or incidents.
-Supporting arrival, dismissal, and transition times to ensure safe movement of students and traffic flow.
