What You’ll Do
- Support customers and teammates with accurate, timely parts research, quotes, and order processing
- Investigate and resolve parts discrepancies to keep orders, shipments, and deliveries on track
- Maintain clear, organized records while entering data across systems with precision
- Handle inbound calls and use digital tools, manuals, and resources to find the right solutions
- Experience working with parts (automotive, construction, or material handling), with the ability to understand customer needs and find the right solution
- A strong customer-first mindset, balancing priorities between customers and internal technicians with a sense of urgency
- Sharp attention to detail and comfort learning and working across multiple systems and data
- Clear communication skills and experience in customer service or call center environments
- You’ll be part of a team that looks out for each other and takes pride in doing things right
