You'll help create a safe, organized, and efficient branch by managing equipment flow, maintaining the yard and facility, and supporting teammates with the day-to-day operations that keep our business moving forward.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing equipment by loading, unloading, inspecting, tagging, and tracking inventory.
- Prepare equipment for delivery by performing safety inspections, verifying documentation, and partnering with branch leadership.
- Maintain an organized yard, warehouse, and dock while supporting the movement of new, used, and rental equipment.
- Perform basic building maintenance, housekeeping, and safety inspections to keep the branch clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
- High school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to safely operate equipment.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
- Ability to perform physical work, including frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and providing your own basic tools.
