You'll help keep our service operation running at its best by coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, and supporting technicians from start to finish. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and commitment to exceptional service will help strengthen customer relationships and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate technician schedules, dispatch service calls, monitor repair progress, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
- Manage service work orders from start to finish, including verifying repair details, processing purchase orders, supporting invoicing, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Partner with technicians, sales, parts, rental, and other internal teams to improve service performance, support maintenance agreements, and identify additional customer solutions.
- Track department performance, maintain service vehicle records, review open work orders, and help achieve service quality and operational goals.
- High school diploma required; technical school or college education is a plus.
- Five or more years of customer service, service operations, or related experience, preferably supporting service orders, invoicing, purchase orders, or administrative operations.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence learning business systems while working independently and collaboratively.
