Sr Account Manager – Chicago (Hybrid)

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Sr Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients.
This role is focused on revenue growth, relationship expansion, and commercial ownership across existing accounts within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
You will act as a trusted commercial partner to your clients, helping them unlock growth through tailored payment solutions while identifying new opportunities to expand wallet share.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the client base
- Own account planning and commercial growth strategy for each client
- Lead contract negotiations and manage renewals end-to-end
- Monitor account performance, revenue trends, and market opportunities
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate closely with internal product, operations, and commercial teams
- Share best practices and contribute to broader team performance
Candidate Profile
- 3 years’ experience in Account Management, Partnerships, or Sales
- Background in payments, fintech, SaaS, or similar complex B2B environments
- Proven track record of revenue growth within existing accounts
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking
- Experience managing enterprise-level relationships and complex negotiations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, international environments
