Our client is looking for a Brand Manager who will be responsible for PR, influencer / creator led content, affiliate marketing, and experiential programming. This person will play a pivotal role in shaping how the brand connects with consumers across North America. Responsible for crafting and executing compelling brand narratives that engage audiences, build community, and elevate brand relevance through content, social media, public relations, influencer partnerships, and experiential activations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of integrated, best-in-class content across paid, earned, and owned channels to strengthen brand storytelling and community connection.
- Partner with agencies to produce thumb-stopping, emotionally resonant creative optimized by platform and audience.
- Ensure product content on eCommerce (PDPs, brand stores, etc.) is optimized for discoverability and conversion.
- Build and execute a social strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion, with a strong focus on TikTok and culturally relevant storytelling.
- Lead influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing programs that expand reach, drive commerce, and reinforce brand authenticity.
- Curate and execute high-impact experiential activations that spark conversation and deepen emotional connection with consumers.
- Measure campaign performance through social listening, creator ROI, and engagement dashboards.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in brand, social, influencer, or affiliate marketing; CPG experience preferred.
- Proven success in TikTok creator and affiliate programs.
- Deep understanding of digital culture, content trends, and community-building.
- Experience managing PR and influencer agencies.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in CreatorIQ, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.
