The Brand Marketing Manager, Americas, is a strategic and creative leader responsible for driving 360° marketing initiatives across the region. This role ensures consistent brand storytelling and impactful campaigns across retail, digital, and experiential channels. Partnering with global teams and regional stakeholders, the manager will elevate brandpresence, optimize productlaunches, and deliver exceptional consumer experiences. As a key leader, this position drives strategic decisions, manages budgets, and mentors team members to achieve business objectives.
FUNCTIONS:
360 Marketing
- Help develop and oversee360° marketing plans, supporting the CMO and ensuring seamless execution across Americas region.
- Ensure consistent brand and product storytelling across major retailers in the Americas, with a focus on Sephora, Caudalie.com, and Boutique Spas
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing recaps and reporting to measure business impact
- Define KPIs and report results to senior leadership to guide strategic decisions.
- Assist with organizing key internal and external meetings, as needed
B&M Brand Marketing
- Lead visual merchandising, collaborating with the Senior Design Manager on visuals, the Trade Marketing Manager on product assortment, and regional teams to ensure synergy across markets.
- Develop in-store POSM materials for Sephoraand key retailers (Ex. FOS table, endcaps, towers).
- Oversee Boutique Spa Marketing, includingvisual merchandising, marketing collateral, and events execution.
Digital Brand Marketing
- Manage product page content, including copy, assets, and translations for Sephora, Caudalie.com, and e-retailers.
- Lead reviews programs for key retailers and Caudalie.com
Out Of Home
- Execute out-of-home (OOH), experiential, and brand campaigns—including pop-ups and large-scale brand events.
Product Development
- Partner with global teamsto support development of local sets andOTC product launches for the Americas.
- Drive regional product strategy decisions for new and existing products, in partnership with CMO and global teams,including naming, pricing,positioning, key messaging, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhancemarket positioning.
Management & Regional Support
- Manage and mentor Senior Brand Marketing Coordinator, helping develop their skills and grow within the company.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance,and Global Marketingteams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with regionalteams (US, CAN, MX, BR) to developand optimize campaigns tailored to each market.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in beauty.
- US skincare categoryexperience critical.
- Experience collaborating with Sephora is a plus.
Other Skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
- Passionate about brand marketing with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Must be analytical, highly organized, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Work Hours & Location
- Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer, Caudalie Americas.
- Hybrid work scheduleoffice/remote defined by management.
- Office hours are Monday throughFriday, 9:00am-6:00pm.
- Work location is in the corporate office located in New York City (Flatiron District area).
