Our client is looking for a visionary brand and influencer leader to define and build a culturally resonant wellness brand from the ground up. Backed by a significant seed round and led by experienced founders, this is a rare opportunity to shape the identity, creative direction, and community presence of a company poised to disrupt the preventative health and longevity space.
This hands-on leadership role offers the chance to own brand strategy end-to-end — evolving voice and identity, driving storytelling across channels, and scaling a high-impact influencer and ambassador ecosystem. You’ll translate product innovation and wellness insights into compelling narratives, campaigns, and creator partnerships that spark relevance, affinity, and conversion.
The Role
- Own and evolve the brand’s strategy, identity, voice, and positioning across all touchpoints.
- Build and lead a high-performing brand and influencer team, including internal talent and external agency partners.
- Develop and scale a robust influencer and ambassador program spanning micro, mid-tier, and marquee creators.
- Craft breakthrough brand campaigns, product storytelling, and creative direction across paid, earned, and organic channels.
- Oversee owned content channels including social, email, and web, ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output.
- Partner cross-functionally with digital, CX, and product teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys and experiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, tastemakers, cultural connectors, and earned media partners.
- Leverage data to validate brand investments and adapt strategy in real time.
The Ideal Candidate
- 4 years of brand and influencer marketing experience within high-growth consumer brands.
- Proven track record building culturally relevant, creatively sophisticated brands from strategy to execution.
- Deep understanding of the creator economy and how brands build community, cultural relevance, and digital-first storytelling.
- Experience managing creative teams, agencies, and campaign development from concept through launch.
- Thrives in an in-office, fast-paced environment with a high sense of ownership, creativity, and executional excellence.
- Brings a fresh, modern POV on what makes a brand culturally relevant today.
