Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1 to 3 years of Civil Litigation experience to join their team. This position is ideal for an attorney looking for meaningful case responsibility, direct client contact, hands-on courtroom experience, and mentorship from seasoned litigators. Their practice covers employment, real estate, business, personal injury, and employment litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $90,000-$130,000
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus twice per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and pleadings.
- Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis.
- Prepare and respond to written discovery requests.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses.
- Prepare for and appear at hearings, case management conferences, and court proceedings.
- Assist with and attend mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Manage litigation deadlines and maintain highly organized case files.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of civil litigation experience.
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar (required).
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Excellent organizational and case-management abilities.
- Professional judgment and confidence to communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, curious and conscientious.
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
