A law firm is seeking a Private Equity Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in private equity transactions to join its Corporate Private Equity practice. The successful candidate will assist with transaction management, due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and advising clients on corporate and regulatory matters.
