Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 DOE

We're partnering with an established, growing service organization seeking a Commercial Account Executive to take ownership of a valuable territory in Western Suffolk County, Long Island.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys the best of both worlds: an established portfolio of commercial customers and significant opportunity to hunt for new business.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of commercial accounts.
- Prospect, develop, and close new B2B business throughout your territory.
- Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, additional services, and recurring revenue.
- Negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and maintain strong customer retention.
- Take ownership of territory planning, pipeline development, and sales results.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Proven ability to develop new business while managing existing accounts.
- Experience in commercial services, logistics, facilities services, route-based businesses, or related industries preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a busy territory.
- A polished, professional communicator who builds trust and lasting partnerships.
