Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Automation
Position: Full-Time | Outside Sales | Individual Contributor
Location: Greer, SC or Franklin, TN (Onsite/Field-Based; territory covers Southeast / regional multi-state corridors)
Compensation: $100K-$120K base salary with uncapped commission (OTE $175K-200K )

What You'll Do
- Hunt for New Business: Identify, prospect, and win new manufacturing customers throughout the Southeast.
- Own Your Territory: Build and execute a strategic sales plan to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Sell Technical Solutions: Work with manufacturers to solve challenges involving automation, robotics, controls, production efficiency, and operational performance.
- Build Relationships: Engage plant managers, engineering leaders, operations executives, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead opportunities from initial prospecting through proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams: Partner with engineering and operations to develop customized customer solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally selling into manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven success hunting, prospecting, opening new accounts, and exceeding sales goals.
- Experience with industrial automation, robotics, PLCs, controls, systems integration, or technical engineering services strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate complex, consultative sales cycles and engage technical decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing an assigned territory.
- Willingness to travel throughout the region to meet customers and prospects.
