What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow a regional territory across key industries including Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical, and Environmental
- Drive net-new business (80%) while expanding existing relationships (20%)
- Lead consultative, technical sales cycles ranging from $20K to $2M
- Partner closely with engineering to design customized, application-specific solutions
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan focused on underpenetrated accounts and high-growth opportunities
- Engage with senior stakeholders including Plant Managers, Engineers, and Executive Leadership

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100K – $150K (based on experience)
- Variable: Target incentive ~50% of base at quota, with uncapped upside and strong accelerators
- 110% attainment: 1.5x payout
- 130% attainment: 2.5x payout
- OTE: $150K – $200K (with significant upside for top performers)
