Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Commercial AEs
- Actively participate in sales calls and deal strategy
- Drive attainment of revenue targets
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance
- Partner with leadership to refine sales process and strategy
- 6 years of total sales experience in SaaS required
- At least 18 months of managing full-cycle sellers
- Recent experience selling observability tools as an SDR, AE, or Manager required
- Highly coachable, growth-minded, and hands-on
- Track record of driving team attainment and individual success
- Base Salary: $135K-$140K
- OTE: $260K uncapped
