Respiratory Care Practitioner - PICU

SAJE Strategic Solutions is pleased to announce an opening for a Respiratory Care Practitioner within the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of a prominent Medical Center and Children’s Hospital located in Spokane, Washington. We are seeking a dedicated clinician who operates with a patient-centered approach and demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of contemporary respiratory therapy principles.

Compensation and Professional Benefits:

• Remuneration: The established salary range for this position is $66,399 to $106,947, with the final offer determined by professional experience and relevant qualifications.

Primary Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will function as an integral member of an interdisciplinary medical team, collaborating closely with physicians and nursing staff to implement specialized patient care plans. Key clinical duties include the operation and maintenance of complex ventilatory support systems, monitoring devices, and resuscitation equipment. The practitioner will be responsible for performing detailed patient assessments, oxygen therapy, and assisting physicians in the delivery of advanced clinical respiratory therapy.

Professional Requirements:

• Licensure: A valid Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner License is required at the time of hire.
• Certification: Current National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) certification is required upon hire.
• Education: Candidates must have completed an accredited program that meets all necessary certification and licensing standards; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Mobility: This position requires a willingness to travel as part of the role's professional obligations.
